Former Commissioner Michael Copps came into the CisternYard Radio studio with a lifetime of experience to discuss. He spoke about the beginning of his interest in journalism and mass media, and his path to the FCC. Copps also commented on net neutrality, and his views on the future of internet regulation. 

Student leaders of political organizations came together at CYR to discuss an event called A Rumble in the Air Conditioned Auditorium: An End to CofC Political Apathy. Leaders from the College Democrats, College Republicans, and Young Americans for Liberty presented their ideas on topics like political satire, apathy about politics in youth, and the goal of their ambitious event.

Contributors from around the world submitted their comments on why engaging in current events is beneficial for all people. This episode features students reporting from places like the College of Charleston, University of Wisconsin, Canada, Jordan. 

This installment of Centre of Gravity facilitated discussion on the UN resolution of R2P, or Responsibility to Protect.
